The story of Deda
Deda Property Services was formed in 2021 by Eri Deda. Having gained 15 years of experience in a large property company Eri wanted to use the knowledge gained to provide a value driven service for property owners wishing to renovate.

Ermal (Eri) Deda
Eri joined Chelsea based company Martins Properties in 2005, which has a mixed portfolio of some £400m property under management. Eri started at the bottom gaining a wide range of experience across the retail, office, and residential sectors.
Having proved himself reliable and capable, he became responsible for the enhancement and management of approx. 150 high value residential apartments across London. The experience earned provided Eri with the confidence to set-up Deda Property Services in 2021.
Eri is a devoted father of two. Outside family and work time he enjoys playing and watching football. Also fond of fishing for a relaxing break.
